1. Fry – 200 °C oil, 5 seconds, remove immediately. Doubles in size.
2. Microwave – 30 seconds full power, flip, 20 seconds. Oil-free alternative.
3. Grill – 20 seconds medium-hot grill per side.
4. Serve as a starter with chutney or as a curry side.

Are Kurkure chips hot?

Variants differ – Masala Munch is mildly spicy, Tadka medium, Solid Masti hottest. For extra heat try Bikano Bhujia.

What is a "mixture" snack?

Mixture is an Indian snack mix – chickpea sev, nuts, fried pulses, dried fruit, spices. Haldiram's Navratan mixture is a classic.

Are papadums gluten-free?

Classic papadums made from urad dal (black lentil) or chickpea flour – gluten-free. Check labels, some variants contain wheat.
