Tilda Basmati rice is a high quality traditional rice from India and Pakistan. It is most often used as a side dish to roasted or grilled meats or as part of a classic biryani, where it can be served unflavored, but often turmeric or even saffron is added, which gives the rice not only a typically yellow color, but above all a specific taste
