Shalamar extra long basmati rice in plastic packaging.

Shalamar Basmati rice is an extra-long grain aroma aromatic basmati rice. Its slender of grains can elongate to at least twice their original size and have a soft and fluffy texture upon cooking. The delicious taste, aroma and unmatched length has made Shalamar Basmati rice a favorite amongst rice connoisseurs. It is excellent for cooking traditional dishes like Biryani, Zarda and Pulao.

Cooking method:
(Natural Rice)
Soak rice in water for 1 hour.

Boil 5 cups of water for 2 cups of rice. Pour soaked rice in boiling water and cook for 8-10 minutes.
