Ingredients: Mustard Leave, Onlion, Maize Flour, Spinach, Garlic, Slat, Fenugreek Leaves, Ginger, Red chilli and Jaggery powder.
To Heat: Pour the contents in saucepan, add water if reuqired and simmer on low heat, stir occasionally.
