Sarim Basmati Rice XXL - Weight: 10 kg

Sarim Basmati Rice XXL is traditional long-grain basmati rice from Pakistan. The 10 kg and 20 kg bulk packs are designed for large families, restaurants and lovers of Indian and Pakistani cuisine.

Characteristics: long slender grains, aromatic fragrance after cooking, fluffy non-sticky texture, mildly nutty flavour. Grains nearly double in length after cooking.

Use: classic biryani and pulao, chicken and lamb curry, sweet desserts (kheer), South Indian rice dishes. Rinse with cold water and soak for 20 minutes before cooking.

Preparation: ratio 1 part rice : 2 parts water. Cook 12–15 minutes without stirring, then rest 5 minutes covered.
