Palanquin cardamom tea is a blend of black tea and freshly ground cardamom pods, it has a deep reddish colour and aroma of cardamom. To make it, use freshly boiled water with one tea bag in your favourite cup or mug, add milk and sugar per taste and stir to release flavour until required strengh and colour is achieved.
