Cooking Instructions:
Simply drain out the Soya Chaap from the can and wasth it in cool running water. Remove the stick from the Soya Chaap and cut each one using a knife in 5/6 pieces. Or simply score each one if you prefer to keep them whole. Add oil in a pan, add the Soya Chaap and stir fry the pieces for 5 minutes on medium heat until slightly brown. Add your favourite sauce and ingredients, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
Grill: Add the Soya Chaap to your favourite marinade mixture and keep refrigerated for at least 2 hours. Remove from refrigerator, brush the cutlets with oil or butter and grill for 8 minutes turning frequently.
