Bakarkhani (baqar khani) is a traditional South Asian layered pastry originating in Old Dhaka – crispy, lightly sweet flaky rounds baked until golden. The pack contains 300 g.
Use: traditionally served with tea (chai) or coffee and dunked, much like rusks or cantuccini. Also good on its own as a crunchy snack, or with butter, jam or honey.
