Ingredients: Gol Gappa Pellets: Wheat Flour (Gluten), Salt, Spicy Dip Masala, Rock Salt, Dry Mango Powder, Cumin Seed, Black Salt, Asafoetida, Black Pepper, Mint Leaves, Cardamom, Clove

How To prepare: Gol Gappa pellets: add 1 litr cooking oil to a deep pan and heat. Once oil is hot add the pellets. Within a few seconds each disc ahould expand to form gol gappas. remove each expanded gol gappa from the oil and place on kitchen paper to drain off excess oil and allow to cool. Spicy dip masala mix:  Mix the spice mix with 600 ml cold water and refrigerate to chill.
