Dry Mango powder, also known as Amchoor or amchur in Hindi is commonly used as a natural souring agent in Indian cooking. While, sour, Dry mango powder has fruity flavour and used in various curry and chutney preparations.
Ingredients: 1.5kg diced lamb, 2 tbsp paprika, 1 tbsp Turkish Paper Paste, 2tbs cumin powder, 1tbsp amchoor powder, cayenne powder, 2.5tbsp salt, generous amount of crushed garlic cloves. 2 sliced red onions, sliced belt peppers
