Directions: (Prepare from frozen)

1. Rinse contents of package under cold running water for approximately 2 minutes.
2. Drain excess water completely and further dry Bhindi by gently patting with paper towel, drying surface of Bhindi as much as possible.
3. Cook and Serve.
