Mango Lassi – A Refreshing Taste of Summer 🥭

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup ripe mango (fresh or pulp)
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • ½ cup cold milk (optional, for thinner consistency)
  • 2–3 tablespoons sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 3–4 ice cubes
  • A pinch of cardamom powder (optional)
  • Chopped pistachios or almonds (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Peel and chop the mango (if using fresh).
  2. Add mango, yogurt, milk, sugar, and ice cubes into a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  5. Pour into glasses and sprinkle cardamom powder on top.
  6. Garnish with nuts and serve chilled.
