Creamy Butter Chicken (Serves 2–3) 🍗🧈🍅
🛒 Ingredients

500 g chicken breast, cut into cubes

½ packet butter chicken masala (Shan Butter Chicken Masala)
-
1 medium onion, finely chopped
-
2–3 tbsp oil
-
½ tbsp ginger paste
-
½ tbsp garlic paste
-
3 medium tomatoes, finely sliced
-
2–3 fresh green chilies, finely chopped
-
1 cup cream
-
4 tbsp butter
-
Sugar, to taste
-
Fresh coriander, finely chopped (for garnish)
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Marinate the Chicken
Place the chicken cubes in a bowl and mix with half a packet of butter chicken masala.
Let it marinate for 15–20 minutes.
2️⃣ Prepare the Masala Base
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add the chopped onion and fry until golden brown 🧅✨
Add:

Ginger paste
-
Garlic paste
-
Sliced tomatoes
-
Green chilies
-
A small amount of butter chicken masala
Mix well and cook for 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3️⃣ Blend the Sauce
Transfer the cooked mixture to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour it back into the same pan.
4️⃣ Cook the Chicken
Add the marinated chicken cubes to the sauce.
Cook on medium heat until the chicken is soft and fully cooked 🍗🔥
5️⃣ Make it Creamy
Add:

1 cup cream
-
4 tablespoons butter 🧈

A little sugar (according to taste)
Cook for another 10–15 minutes until the sauce becomes rich, creamy, and well combined.
Remove from heat and garnish with fresh coriander 🌿

Serve hot with:
