Chapli Kebab Recipe (Using Shan Masala)

🛒 Ingredients:
- 500g minced beef (or mutton)
- 1 packet Shan Chapli Kebab Masala
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 2 tomatoes (finely chopped, seeds removed)
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp cornmeal (or wheat flour)
- 2 green chilies (chopped)
- Fresh coriander leaves (chopped)
- Oil for frying
