Chapli Kebab Recipe (Using Shan Masala)

🛒 Ingredients:

  • 500g minced beef (or mutton)
  • 1 packet Shan Chapli Kebab Masala
  • 1 onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 tomatoes (finely chopped, seeds removed)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp cornmeal (or wheat flour)
  • 2 green chilies (chopped)
  • Fresh coriander leaves (chopped)
