Deep Plain Dosa with podi spiced powder
DIRECTIONS: (Prepare From Frozen)
Griddle / Tawa:
1. Lightly oil griddle to prevent sticking. (For first Dosa).
2. Cook Dosa about 50 seconds on both sides.
3. Sprinkle Podi Masala on top or eat with Dosa.
Note: For better results brush Dosa lightly with butter or ghee (clarified butter) while cooking.
